And they whiffed on that chance over saving 10s of millions.  

"Change the Game", they should change their SOX because they STINK!  As far as changing the demographic, they may have pulled a few fair weather fans from the North Side before this years implosion, but they have a long way to go before they change the Cubs hold on the city.
