Mena is a young, 19 year-old Dominican pitcher, who was a big signing by Marco Paddy in the 2019 international period.

He performed very well in low A Kannapolis in 2022, but didn't show as much control or success in WS or Birmingham.

Look for him to continue success in 2023 in Winston Salem.
