Tim Anderson to begin rehabbing at AAA!

Mena and McDoogs tonight.

Weather threatening a bit in the Kanny game. McDougal has 3 Ks and 1 BB through 2.0 IP. Breaking ball ain't there yet today. Sitting 95 to 98 with the fastball though.

And there's the rain delay.

Mena gives up a line drive single to PCA then strikes out the next 3 batters. The offspeed doing work as usual.

Mieses sure does not seem like a natural outfielder.

Mena gives up a 2 run bomb on the fastball.

Mena Mena-ing. 10 SO 1 BB 6 H 2 ER 1 HR though 5.0 IP.

A walk and 3 groundouts and Mena is through 6. Probably done.

Who do we hire to get Mena like 2 extra MPH on his fastball? Asking for a friend.

Hire Mike Chernoff as President of Baseball Ops and he’ll find a guy.

Colome doing his thing, I see. Pitches an inning, gives up a hit, a walk, strikes out 2 and picks up a save.
