November 29, 20232 yr Wow. Thanks. lots of great thrills from that team. I was in high school. Aparicio was an all-time favorite of mine. I just hated the day they traded him to Baltimore.

December 9, 20232 yr Hicks never got much of a chance with the Sox, played a few games in 59 and 60 then was picked by the Angels in the 1960 Expansion Draft who a short time later traded him to the new Washington Senators, the other new expansion team for the 1961season.
