Oh ya...that name won't be going anywhere.  We plan on re-opening that as well.  The thing is I have to make sure that were in the safe first, once that is done...then things will start to continue on like they used to be, and hopefully better. 

I'm curious.....what exactly are the legal restrictions that forced soxnet to close and must be worked out for futuresox to run. Does it involve using stats, quotes (maybe from Hawk/DJ), or information copyrighted by the White Sox? Wonder if WSI had to go through the same s***....

All I have to say is that the Insiders are a bunch of f***ups!!!

Well we can't go into much deal, but it stems from a company we joined and a legal argument has came up in regards to that company and us.

But if Soxnet no longer exists then whats keeping you from discussin anything..... Shouldnt all ties to this company been broken off by now if the site is down. Im not trying to force out the reasons behind soxnet closing but trying to understand why your not allowed to say anything about it. Was there a contract signed?

If legal proceedings are still going on it wouldn't be wise for them to discuss the details of the case.

Yeah I'd luv to see SoxNet or sum otha site be brought back up on the web. I'm sure all of us here on SoxTalk will hav heaps of ideas on how the make the site really good.

Thats exactly whats going on so I try to tip toe around the issue. Since something legal is going on I'm not going to rip the other company nor will I dulge much into the exact instances. The thing I'd love most is to just finally be able to just come out and say were gonna be back. I hope I can say that sooner and not later.

I just wanted to wish all of you guys the best of luck on any and all of your endeavors. It sounds like you guys have some good ideas and are taking the proper approach to do things in the correct manner.
