Customers who don't use it sell them generally around $15 on the open market. Not sure how it works though if they ever check to see if your IP matches your service IP address you can pay and end up losing the service pretty quick but in the past the buyers are happy . Disney just figured out I wasn't the same IP address as my daughter who put me on her Disney + user list. It was fine until they added Hula shows then zap .. gone  right when I was getting caught up watching about 10 yrs of Archer I missed 🤣

I’ve either shared my mlb tv or have used my friends mlb tv account for like 15 years now… it has never been an issue.

mlb probably has decided the investment in loss prevention isn’t worth it… they’re not at the same level as Netflix or Hulu or Disney.

They don’t.  My son is on T-Mobile and I am on Xfinity Mobile for cell service and in different houses and he signs me up for it every year using my MLB.com account.

I've still been able to share Disney+ with my siblings but they always text me for login codes and stuff like that. Like it makes them re-sign in every time.
