November 21, 200322 yr Well at least he ain't goin Dirt Bike riding again. The White Sox’s Aaron Rowand is also playing for Santurce, whose home ballpark is Hiram Bithorn Stadium where the Expos played 22 home games in 2003. Rowand is coming off a season in which he batted .287 with six homers and 24 RBIs. Also Armando Rios is playin winter ball again but I don't think he's comin back.
November 21, 200322 yr A Row off to a, shall I say, slowwww start. In 12 games, he is 8 for 43. 3 doubles 2 dingers and 5 RBI. Hitting only .186. The good news is he has six walks against 7 whiffs for an obp of .340 with two stolen bases. Hopefully, he'll pick it up.
November 21, 200322 yr Jose Valentin started the other night. He went 0-4 in his debut with 2 errors. Last night he was 1-4 with a dinger and 4 Rbi's. Willie Harris sould be comming down here shortly. Rowand is fielding ok tho. he started 2-20 with 2 solo homers.

November 25, 200322 yr Why does Valentin play so much ball? Why doesn't he rest one winter. Your theory is that he needs less practice?
