No XBH which yea problem but some really solid ABs tonight and the pitching and defense were more than solid. Burke settled down nicely after that 4 pitch walk to start and offense staked him to an early lead to help his confidence. Bullpen feels less pressure up 4-1 than 2-1 that's for sure as well.

Good win! Personally I am enjoying the team at least for now. Meidroth is a really fun player to watch night to night and sosa and others have their moments.

I put you in charge of a good month of May.

So far 9-12 . 7 more games in May with 2 more against Tx. in Chicago then on the road to finish the month with 3 in NY vs the Mets and 2 in Baltimore against the O's . If we win the series against the Rangers, get 1 of the 3 vs the Mets and split with the Os to finish the month 3 out of 7 ,the final May record will be 12 -16 . Not too bad considering the Sox got crushed in KC and Wrigley.

Of course they could lose 7 in a row but let's not think about that. 😋
