Did you see the woman ump's literal first call was similar just on inside of plate? Missed by a good 3 inches she called it a strike.

Mike is 34 and has been playing a pretty hard RF as well as DHing while not getting many off days. You KNOW his body is screaming at him. He's been a good soldier, he can rest up we'll need something from him in a trade or next year anyways.

The last 2 seasons have completely cemented it for me. I was mildly opposed. Now I'm strongly for. These umps just can't figure it out.

I don’t think you’re ever gonna get back much for him in a trade.  There was no reason to not trade him at the deadline, but the family situation likely stopped it.

Teel is very jumpy back there.
