That's a pretty lofty ask for them to improve ANOTHER 20 wins, and would take steps forward by almost every single young player which probably isn't realistic. On the offensive side, there really isn't a lot of room to add someone without pushing out a young player. The pitching though is a disaster, how much money gets spent on that in the offseason? If not, you are relying on improvement from the staff we already have and a bunch of guys coming off of TJS. The 2024 season was terrible on so many levels. The 121 losses made this year seem like some great success, but I wonder how many people would have their tune changed if the 2024 team only lost like 105 games and we follow it up with another 100+ loss season.
