I said Reinsdorf didn’t even fake interest in the best player in the history of baseball.  What I said was true, and it was pathetic.

26 million US

18 million Canada

"In the past 20 years, the most-watched Saturday baseball game prior to Game 7 was Indians-Cubs Game 4 in 2016 with 16.7 million.

As Saturdays are the least-watched night of the week, it is rare to see a sporting event of such magnitude scheduled for the night. The only marquee, championship level event that regularly airs on a Saturday night is the NCAA men’s basketball national semifinals, none of which have ever averaged as large an audience as the across-all-platforms figure for Game 7."

In Japan, home country of Dodgers star Shohei Ohtani and World Series MVP Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Game 7 averaged 12.0 million . The combined audience across all three countries was 51 million, which MLB said Wednesday is the largest across the three nations since Game 7 of the 1991 World Series.

Keep in mind that all those people in Japan were watching that Game 7 on a Sunday morning....!!!

Out of a total population of 122 million, roughly 37.5% the size of the US.

Gimenez consistently throws his hand at pitches to try and get hit. Stuff like this should not be in the game. I can't believe he thought he could complain about getting hit right after attempting to get hit on the pitch before. What a loser.

That would have been an interesting overturn the pitch prior when he deliberately stuck his hand out late.

On the road in the most hosting environment possible.

Like calling IKF safe on that throw from Rojas to end the series.
