Great work as usual from the FS team.

It is brutal how little contribution the international market is giving their system. Four prospects on this list and they are all in the bottom half (#15, #19, #29 and #30). It would be hard to find another system with that poor of return on investment.

The silver lining is Bonemer was a draft steal and they have several prospects that are going to help the big league club this season. The Sox desperately need this 2026 draft class to be special for depth purposes.

Where would Vielma be if we didn't trade him for Doyle? But, I agree with your thesis.

In what, 24 hours or so, Getz traded Vielma and Smith. Gotta get rid of those guys who can hit.

Seems like some pretty big reforms to the international operations the past couple years. Probably takes some time to bear fruit. If it will at all. Paddy been gone almost two years now but I imagine most of these players are his picks made by whatever meager resources the previous front office provided.

Personally, I’m team “Leave Dominican Teens Alone”.

Wander Franco concurs.

That said if you added career fWAR from Eduardo Escobar, Tatis Jr., Al.Ramirez, Luis Robert and Abreu...would surely beat White Sox drafted position player fWAR output from 2012-2025.

Pitching is a different story ofc.

Big deal. Hagen is going to walk way more than Jac.

Alex Weingartner's speed and arm are really impressive. I would love to see him patrolling CF at the Rate down the road.

A number of specimen type outfielders were drafted by the White Sox that are usually Yankees or Red Sox or Dodgers.
