They told me I was in for last years, then when I went to go, they told me I couldn't because my name wasn't on the list.

They had told me to call the Hyatt, but it is a real big pain in the ass to find someone who knows what the hell they are doing. I tried earlier in the year, and no one knew.

Then you should be on the list....but like Mike said it's a pain to find anyone who knows what they are talking about... My rep did not email me at work before I left.. I'll let you know if I hear anything tomorrow. But I'd bet you're in.
