March 15, 200422 yr I have 4 tickets for this Wednesday's Hawks game. They are 15 rows from the glass, at center ice. It includes a parking pass, and passes to the (Season ticket holders') "club" for after the game. The face value is $75.00 apiece...anyone interested?
March 15, 200422 yr Good luck. At full price there is going to be zero interest in the hockey team formerly known as the NHL Blackhawks.

I might be interested in 2 of them. Brian and I are intending to go, but a close friend of his passed away over the weekend and we are awaiting word on the services.
March 15, 200422 yr Hmm, If you're selling them at 75 a piece I dont have interest. If you moved the price down I'd also have interest in 2 of them...
March 15, 200422 yr Would that be the Canes game?! It is the, as you call them 'Canes', game. You would also get a "Retro-style green hat" if you are one of the first 10,000 fans and you are 21 or over. That should be worth it right there!!
March 16, 200422 yr Author Personally, I wouldn't give Wirtz a dime of my money...that's why I'm not going. My brother actually has the tix, I will ask him what he'll take for them and post a response!

Maybe if they put a retro-style quality team on the ice ( perhaps circa early 90's or late 60's/early 70's ), they might be worth 75 bucks a pop. I'm going on Friday, and I'm a little pissed that my brother-in-law bought the 25 buck 300-level tix instead of the 15 buck tix. ( We're going because my brother and sister-in-law moved to Illinois recently and haven't been to a hockey game - unfortunately, they associate hockey with the SlackHawks, and not the Wolves who I'd have preferred to see )
March 16, 200422 yr We're going to pick up cheapest seats in the house when we go tomorrow night. We generally end up 2 rows from the top and love those seats. People up there don't tend to give us a hard time about wearing the opponents' jerseys.

My answer to the hecklers: "When the Hawks give me a reason to pull the Indianhead jersey off the hanger I will do so. Until then.....ROAD TEAM, BAYBEEEEEE!!!!!"
March 16, 200422 yr LOL! The DJs on 100.3 pissed me off this morning - they were doing sports and when they came to the Hawks they said they are playing some team they never heard of - to them I say :fyou. Eh, one is a ditz and the other is a Cubs fan, what did I expect?
March 16, 200422 yr Yes, it is I who have the tickets, I actually got them for free and got $25 a ticket for them. In regards to the hats given away, I figure, they will have 8,000 left over after the game.
March 18, 200422 yr I have given up the BlackHawks for Lent. hehehe That isint right. I'm not Catholic but isint the point of Lent giving up something that means something to you?
