Why? It was yet another example of Sox offense not being able to hit good pitching.    We haven't since early 2000.

Vasquez was good, but not great pitch-quality/location-wise. Sox hitters did a GREAT job jamming themselves, overswinging, etc.

Pagin Greg f***in' Walker.    We were promised Sox hitters would level the swings and would use the whole field this year.....Gimme..

Ummmm, isn't that what makes good pitching, the offense's inability to hit them???

The worst thing so far this year is that our latest nemesis (Tigers) has us in a whole already (2 gb). We don't match up well with their pitching.

Are effin kidding me? Tigers will be lucky to win 65-70 games. Ditto for the Tribe.

KC and Twins losing and looking like s*** is GREAT news.

No, not to that degree.

Vasquez was good. Sox made him look great. When he wasn't locating and was falling behind, Sox didn't capitalize -- selfishness and stupidity cost them once again.

Nothing new here. It's been this way for 3.5 years now.
