Williams and Clarett No Goes

I heard on NFL Live that they can still enter via the supplemental draft. However, both Williams and Clarett can appeal. If it goes to the supplemental draft, Williams will be taken, possibly even higher then he would of in the Nfl draft and he will get just as much money as he would of had he gone in the NFL draft.

Still, I think its bs that the NFL can force someone as good as Williams into waiting another year. Think if he gets hurt, then all the guaranteed money he would of got (in form of signing bonuses) is down the drain because the NFL wanted to keep him out of the draft, not because he isn't good enough, but because they don't want high schoolers and other not worthy players entering the draft.

Gimme a break...let the scouts determine who will be drafted and who won't be.

Let Williams in, make Clarett wait another year.

However, if this ruling holds true, a lot of teams boards just got f***ed up big time, and Reggie Williams could potentially be a top 10 pick, and probably at the very least is a top 15 pick. Good news for Reggie Williams and bad news for quite a few other teams.

Ya, I think REggie replaces Mike and will go somewhere between 10-17 while Lee Evans moves up to the top 20, imo.

May of cost the Bears their shot at Wilfork or Harris, if that is who they want.

This is great news. No need for these guys to get whooped in the NFL.

This decision is bulls*** NFL wants there minor league system and union wants old hang on vets to be employed, the NFL does not give a dam about there integrity of the game bulls***.

Can somebody with more knowledge than me explain the possibilities involved with the suplemental draft?

Jags may hav to take Reggie Williams at #9 now, if Roy Williams doesn't fall to them.

I agree with witesoxfan. Clarett had to sit out a year. Lt him sit his ass at home!!!
