July 26, 200421 yr Catalanotto seems like the perfect bench guy being talked about. He could hit #2, and kills RH pitching. The only thing I don't know is how his injuries this year have affected his defense. He'd have to play D in order for him to be a good pickup, as Carl is the DH.
July 26, 200421 yr He'd be my choice if we are going to make a move. He's a good fill in for Maggs and it won't break my heart if we bench him if/when Frank/Maggs come back. He's the kind of guy I think we need to add instead of a Beltran/Walker type player if we add an outfielder. If we got Cattalanato or Kendall, I'd be very happy.

July 26, 200421 yr If the Sox got Catalanatto, then what would happen to the Cat House? Not to mention the cat fight over who would get playing time in RF. We have a few to many tomcats there now.
