Frankie Let the Latin temper in him take over, which is NOT easy to control sometimes. Frankie would have just gone to security and those Idiots who were heckling him would have been escorted outta the ballpark. Frankie had no right to throw the chair, but just because fans pay money to see the game does not give the fans a green light to heckle a player.

And deserves every dime of it.  It isn't like the woman spilt hot coffee on herself.  Some moron threw a chair into a crowd of people.

I think she deserved the chair in the face more than she will deserve the money that is coming her way. JMO.

I believe you are right. This is a big problem with this country, we are so sue happy. It is like the new American dream. The new quickest way to riches. The new easiest way to make money. She and her husband were the cause of the whole incident. She and her husband were the instigators. They don't deserve the money that is coming their way. She may or may not have deserved a chair in the face, but she definately doesn't deserve the money she will make from this incident.

Big leaguers can't get involved with the fans no matter how stupid or mean they are. There is no excuse for that.

Maybe you should find out what they said first. What if I found out all of your children's names and your wife's name and said some horrible s*** that I was going to do to them. Then what would you do? You don't know whether to take theses psycho fans, who know every little piece of information about you, seriously or not. Who knows how far some of these fans will go and who knows what you can believe about what they say.

 

Didn't the Cleveland fans make David Wells cry when his mother passed away? I believe they said such horrible s*** about his mother that just died the day before that he couldn't even take it. He had to leave the field and go back in the locker room to contain himself. Certain fans go way to far and to be honest with you I never understood the point of heckling.

Go back and look at what jackie robinson had to deal with when he first came into the league, and he never responded. You can't throw things into the stands. You just have to zone out what is being said.

What is Jackie going to do? Not even most of the players playing with or against him wanted him there? Are you seriously comparing the two? I have not been told anything, however I can rationalize. I know that calling someone a bunch of losers won't set something like that off. You suck and a bunch of losers are pretty much the same thing. I don't think either one of those comments would instigate a fight such as what happened at Oakland. Then again that is just using a bit of rationaliztion.
