October 28, 200421 yr Any concern it may turn into a "popularity" contest in anyway? I think it would turn into a popularity contest. I don't have a problem with keeping it how it is. I know a lot of people, my self included, don't have time to be on the boards enough to moderate.

I think we know how those people generally are.

I should graduate in about 3 semesters and hopefully be on my way to grad school somewhere.

I keep trying to push Cubic Zerconia, but she isn't having it for some reason I guess I have to quit drinking for a year, so I can save up for the real thing.

If it aint broken, dont fix it. yeah, I wasn't suggesting that we necessarily HAD to change anything, i just thought there could be a way to reward individuals for having cool heads and bringing new ideas to the table. Maybe have two permanent mods and then one rotating? I don't know, maybe we shouldn't change a thing.

I told her that the blood of the innocent will forever be on her left hand ring finger. Apparently that translated into me having to spend another 1k on the damn thing. *note to self...don't open mouth to wife, gf, fiance, etc...take what sex you can get and then occupy time with sports, soxtalk, and drinking.
October 28, 200421 yr I'm all for the rotating Mod idea 100% I think it's beneficial from both sides, because it gives more folks a chance to contribute but it also gives those that have pulled a tour of duty a chance to take a breather. Let's make it so.

I believe Tex was the one who suggested this idea originally. And IIRC I don't think it would be a popular vote to pick who is mod of the month. I think the choices would still be upto the Admins, in order to avert the popularity proplem.

I'd let the fights get really nasty and then just ban everyone. Or I'd go all WSI on your ass and lock threads like a maniac. And then I'd ban myself, come back under a bunch of aliases and talk s*** about all of you. So please protect me from myself and keep me out of it!!!
