On the show today M.Golic said the Sox and Cubs now have the longest streaks without winning a World Series to which M.Greenburg replied " No you are wrong only the Cubs matter as far as the streak goes because of the Cub Nation, the Sox streak does not matter only the Cubs. What an ass to say the Sox do not matter, when he was on the score all he ever did was kiss Cub ass fulltime. Sox matter to me and alot of people on this board, if they could end there streak! :fyou GREENBURG

Golic had his head up his ass as well.

The Cubs and Sox ALREADY had the longest WS droughts before the Sawks won.

Who gives a f*** what overpaid "sportsfans" think. That's what ESPN guys are, sportsfans disguised as journalists.

While I understand the anger and agree to a point, he is right in the sense that the White Sox are not very big of a story on a national level.

In that sense, he's correct in what he said, even if it is a slap to the loyal Sox fans.

Nothing surprising in what he said at all.

Seems like the negative is overplayed when it comes to the White Sox ( fan misbehavior being the prime example - stuff happens everywhere, but the stuff that is Sox-related seems to have a longer shelf life. When the Giant fan and the Dodger fan had a parking lot confrontation, that died down quicker than the Ligue thing or the Dybas thing ). Just the way it is, and I guess we shouldn't let it get to us.

agreed...not only do we have more to gripe about than the damn WahWahWah..we haven't won since 1918 BoSox....we are in complete isolation from the rest of the country in regards to our suffering..it's like we don't even exist..

So not only do we revel in mediocrity...nobody cares. What the Greenberg said is the feeling of the rest of the country..

So who has suffered the most I ask...not the Cubs and def not the BoSox..

Screw Mike and Mike infact screw sports radio host in general. Half of them don't even bother to look up source when they make ass clown statments
