I don't even like hockey but I voted OT Goal.

My reason being that in every other sport you are somewhat ready for it, basketball has a clock, football has a clock, a walk-off homerun can only occur in the bottom of the inning, but in a sudden death situation, such as soccer too, it comes from nowhere and is "drama" at its best. There is no argument if we are talking about "most dramatic". But if we are talking about my favorite, I would say a buzzer beater in March is my favorite.

The tension builds in hockey and anytime the action is around the net, people are either holding their breath or screaming one-time. The walk off depends on who is hitting, Frank Thomas where it is possible or some NL pitcher when it's not, makes a huge difference.

and BTW, Buzzer beater -- Jordan over Cleveland is the best. :headbang

The bases were loaded with no outs. It was tied. There was no way the Dodgers were going to lose. All that needed to happen was a sac fly, or even a double play, and the game was over. SOOO DRAMATIC.

Like Bones said, every other ending can be seen coming, or be built up. An OT goal can happen in a split second. It doesnt matter which team has momentum, or which team is better, it can happen in a split second.

I'm with the OT goal also and was trying to frame the argument along those lines but you did it for me.

Flutie -- Hail Mary

Jordan -- Buzzer Beater

Gibson -- Walk Off

Best I can remember . . .

Kordell Stewart- Colorado vs Michigan - Hail Mary

Bryce Drew- Valpo vs Mississippi St - Buzzer Beater

Joe Carter- Toronto vs Philly - Walk Off

Kordell Stewart- Colorado vs Michigan - Hail Mary

Bryce Drew- Valpo vs Mississippi St - Buzzer Beater

Joe Carter- Toronto vs Philly - Walk Off

Paul Konerko - 3 run bomb right before the rains came against the Flubbs. I know that wasn't the end of the game but it was still f***ing awesome.

MJ .vs. Cleveland 1988. Nuff said.

Hail Mary...nothing gets better than the long pass for the score, burning the cornerbacks...

Isint a hail mary when they just throw it up for grabs in the end zone and some reciever just happens to come down with it?

You're talking about a run of the mill bomb pass.

Yep, you're correct.
