Sitting here thinking about all this crap that is going down in MLB right now... I am thinking about all of the players that I suspect to be on the roids. Wondering if we could try to come up with a list of who we think is probably guilty.

Barry Bonds

Jason Giambi

Jeremy Giambi

Mark McGwire

Jose Canseco

Ken Caminiti

Sammy Sosa

*those are the ones I suppose everyone would agree on. Other I suspect include:

Jeff Bagwell

Brady Anderson

Luis Gonzalez

Albert Pujols

Agree or Disagree, or who else would you add to that list?

If Armando Rios is juicing, I'm convinced there's no way of knowing.

Why Pujols? You haven't seen him explode in size or power. He's just always been good. Some guys are just big and talented, like Hurt. I don't know, maybe there's evidence I haven't seen. But I've never suspected him.

Luis Gonzalez  .

I guess right now with everything going on, I am just suspicous about Pujols. It is probably unfair for me to suspect him, but I wouldn't be surprised.

I disagree with the whole list.

Remember, they have testing in the minors and he's looked the exact same way since he's come into the league. I highly doubt he's used 'roids.

Even Brady Anderson?

Bret Boone

Jose Valentin

Gabe Kapler

I agree. I think we're just very lucky to be able to watch Pujols. He could be one of the very great players. How quickly he replaced ARod as the best player in the game -- it was astonishing.

Even Brady Anderson?

Boone I don't know. Valentin, I doubt it -- any evidence? Kapler -- he is such a weight-room freak, I think that's about all. He's famous throughout the ML for that. If he was using, he'd be enormous.

Brady Anderson hit 50 HRs in 1996. He went from a speedy CF, lead off hitter, to the biggest power threat in the majors. He then went on to only reach 20 HRs once in the next six years. I would bet anything on him.

I am also confident in my guess of Luis Gonzalez. Gonzalez was a .250's hitter with 10 HR power for the first half of his career. He then bulked up and became an absolute monster. I don't buy it.

NO, I'm just speculating.

Craig Grebeck?

I agree with you on Luis Gonzalez, and others have disagreed with me.

I can't tell a god damn difference.

Craig Grebeck?

 Just for giggles, I looked him up. Never realized he was all of 5'-7", 155 pounds. The mf was RIPPED!

Craig Grebeck?

LMAO!

Tops on my list is bret boone. I am sure there are others, but I am to engrossed in the fire coverage to think of 'em.

Even Brady Anderson?

He had one really freaky year, then went back to hitting 12-20 homeruns per season. If he went from hitting an average of 12 homeruns per seas for like five to six year then starting hitting 50-60 out of no where for 5 years in a row, i would questions it.

A lot depends on how hard he was working out, at what time. It's possible that he tried it, but just didn't care enough to keep it up. I'm not convinced either way on Anderson, but it does sound like a plausible story.

Anderson did take steriods I believe. I remember there was a coverage on Outside the Lines about it. I know Rios, Santiago, Bernard, etc.. took them but I would question..

L.Gonzalez

R.Gant

Tejada (I might be out of ass on this one but IMO he is)

Giambi (Jeremy)

Clemens damn well isn't on the juice. That's god given ability.

He has alwaysbeen accused of taking steroids but no one is certain of it. Jim palmer believes he did though, i read an article about it a couple of days ago.

Jeremy Giambi basically admitted he took them. (It's just that noone cares.) Tejada I doubt. He always had pretty good power.

I agree about tejada, he has always had 15-35 homerun power. He may even have one or two 40 home run seasons. He is such a damn good player.

Kind of gives the lie to all those "walk-year" arguments, doesn't he? Has his best year ever in the first year of a multi-year deal. The Orioles got a damn good player, they make the first step towards rebuilding -- then they fail to look at serious pitching. What a waste -- but, hey, ya got Matt Riley.
