Featured Replies

A rumor on Brewerfan.net says that the PTBNL might be Mitch Stetter.

2004 Stats...

High A High Desert (major hitter's park in hitter's league):

1-4; 8.15 ERA; 38 2/3 IP, 8 G, 7 GS, 6 HR, 29 K, 14 BB, 1.76 WHIP

Low A Beloit:

4-0, 1.70 ERA; 53 IP, 24 G, 3 GS, 4 HR, 57 K, 12 BB, 0.81 WHIP

Arizona Fall League:

3-0, 5.06 ERA, 21 1/3 IP, 12 G, 0 GS, 1 HR, 6 BB, 19 K, 1.59 WHIP

Heard this on the big thread yesterday. ;)

That rumors source is I think Baseball Primer (I think thats where the guy from Brewersfans.net got it).

But it seems more likely that whoever they get is going to be a below average prospect. Ie, an "organizational" guy.

we got screwed if thats who it is.

I was hoping for Molitor or Yount.

When you're hell bent on dumping salary at the winter meetings, announce it to the world, this is they type of deal you end up with.
