Bruce has more baseball inside info than you could ever hope to have my friend

Who cares anyway.

Getting RJ for one season or risking our future (Sweeney/Anderson, Garland, Marte)...

I think I'll opt for keeping those guys rather than a year with Randy Johnson.

No offense to him, he's one of the greatest of all-time, but he is not going to win a World Series for the Sox next season, so I am glad we are out of this deal.

I don't really have any inside info, my friend. However, Bruce is more often wrong than right, I don't put faith in what he has to say.

I'll be convinced kw has given up when rj is in blue pinstripes

Exactly, this is the guy who went on SC and said that the A Rod to Boston deal was back on and a hour later both teams (TEX and BOS) announced it was dead.

Great info there Bruce.

odds of bruce being right are in his favor... few times he is wrong is usually when the other side (not sox) change their mind or do something different than what they say. but as far as his info on what the sox are doing or want to do, he is pretty much dead on. I would expect that his info not on the sox to be not as sharp

dead on??? wasnt he the one who guranteed put his career on the line that we would sign omar vizquel... i value his information but you cant look into it 2 much :bang

.... you missed the part where i said if the other party changed their plans.... i.e. s.f. swooped in and offered 3 years to vizquel. if not for s.f. we would have.... im not saying that he is a psychic!

There is one potential problem in any Green trade,

He has to waive his no trade clause.

The question is, why would you waive it to go from LA to AZ?

The agent that inked his deal with the Dodgers is now the D'Backs CEO. Also, he has the highest Slug% of any visting player at the BOB.
