Stealing third is a hard thing for a manager or base coach to call. The players who are good at stealing third do it on feel, they don't get the signal to do it, they do it when they can take advantage of the pitcher. I like having SPod lead off so he has no one ahead of him to stop him from stealing 2nd/3rd.
