January 15, 200521 yr SMart move by Burke. He knows not too many teams will sign a 33 year old minor league catcher, no matter what he hit last year.
January 15, 200521 yr I'm just glad we have him in order to backup in case of injury or even be the third catcher on the roster.
January 15, 200521 yr Burke knows he's valued by the Sox and has a decent chance of seeing some ML roster time this year. I fully expected him to stay with the organization.
