YASNY
QUOTE(WSFAN35 @ Jan 23, 2005 -> 11:08 AM) How many players make mistakes like that? It was one f***in play! He hit while he was here, he hustles and gives it his all. Im on the KD bandwagon! Let's put it this way ... I still haven't forgiven Jerry Dybsinski (sp?) and I've heard that there some people in Boston who are somewhat upset with Bill Buckner. "Just one play" can be pretty big. JUGGERNAUT
The Sox have 2 more areas to upgrade : UIF & 6th pen guy. I can see Harris being traded for the 6th pen guy. You're not looking for a major upgrade here. Just someone better than Adkins. Harris should get us that. As for the UIF KW will be able to pick over the best from the Sox & the best from other teams once rosters are cut to 25. So don't get bent out of shape. With both Iguchi & Uribe for your mid IF you can afford to replace one of them with a weaker bat when they sit. To think the signing of Iguchi makes the Crede the weakest link. southsider2k5
QUOTE(Jabroni @ Jan 23, 2005 -> 11:10 AM) Hate to break it to you but KD is Triple A fodder. He has sucked at the minor league level for his entire career... http://www.sports-wired.com/players/profile.asp?Name=HGF Drans seemed like a nice enough kid and a hard worker, but I gotta say he has career minor leaguer written all over him. He hit while he was here, he hustles and gives it his all. Im on the KD bandwagon! It would be one thing if he was worth a s*** and made a bad play. His contributions last year don't come close to outweighing that one play. However, all we needed was him to start the DP and he lets the ball go straight through the wickets. He'll be lucky to ever crack a MLB roster again and he surely won't be back on the Sox.
