Lee is flying open. What is going on with Garland. How does his stuff look? Is he mixing speeds or is pretty much everything hitting the heart of the plate. Last year I thought Garland was nothing (Baggs and I were about the only ones to agree) and then this year I thought he had turned the corner. Only two starts though and he still has a long way to go so he can redeem himself in this one.

April 9, 200323 yr If Jonny had the Strike zone Prior had today..... it be a different story. i beg to differ....he is hanging everything..even if he had a wide strike zone he still couldnt put the ball there....he looks horrible..plus you gotta adjust your game to the ump...garland hasnt been able to do that im not giving up on garland...i kinda expected him to go backwards this year..he is young and i still believe he canvery good someday...but it might require another stint or two in the minors before he puts it all together
