March 11, 200521 yr Why did this take so long to post? I've been too lazy to look for it on the web. I have no idea how this guy escaped. The court room was on the 8th floor.
March 11, 200521 yr That's horrible. I have a bad feeling there will be more victims before he is apprehended though.
March 11, 200521 yr Wow, this dude is hardcore, he ain't goin' out like a Sucka, there will be more bloodshed. Imagine how the security guard feels who got his gun lifted in court?
March 11, 200521 yr QUOTE(LosMediasBlancas @ Mar 11, 2005 -> 12:30 PM) Wow, this dude is hardcore, he ain't goin' out like a Sucka, there will be more bloodshed. Imagine how the security guard feels who got his gun lifted in court? It was a woman officer. And I guess he killed another one in the lobby area, after running down 8 flights of stairs.
March 11, 200521 yr We're just hearing the begining of this. It'll be interesting to see what more is to come.
March 12, 200521 yr QUOTE(DonkeyKongerko @ Mar 11, 2005 -> 04:47 PM) What did the court reporter do? Senseless. Throw all sense out when dealing with 1's. f*** him. Burn baby, burn!!!!! Enjoy life in hell you f***. Where's the lib's on this?
March 12, 200521 yr QUOTE(CubKilla @ Mar 11, 2005 -> 11:35 PM) Throw all sense out when dealing with 1's. f*** him. Burn baby, burn!!!!! Enjoy life in hell you f***. Where's the lib's on this? I guess I missed the memo that non-Republicans endorsed this. This sort of hackery is almost like when GWB said that McCain had an illegitimate black child who addicted to crack during their push polling in the Carolinas.
March 12, 200521 yr QUOTE(DonkeyKongerko @ Mar 11, 2005 -> 10:47 PM) What did the court reporter do? Senseless. You don't get shot when you take the job of the sternopgrapher. Just insane, is this guy smart or just lucky. I think it is pretty amazing he got out of the court house without even being confronted. the he jacks a car. this guy means business
March 12, 200521 yr This Slime Ball is truely cold person to risk his own escape to murder a judge and court reporter. Living this close to Atlanta will make it a very disturbing night.
March 12, 200521 yr Author QUOTE(YASNY @ Mar 12, 2005 -> 03:35 AM) I wonder if this guy will commit suicide on a routine traffic stop. I hope not, that is almost too good for him. Now a US customs agent has been found murdered. Missing are his gun and badge, with suspicions this same SOB did it. This is the shooter. Brian Nichols 33 years old.
March 12, 200521 yr They spent all day searching the parking garage while still saying he may be driving a green Accord. At night, a private citizen notices the green Accord is still in the parking garage. Now they don't know exactly how many cars he has jacked and say he may be holding someone hostage. Do the police know anything?
March 12, 200521 yr The guy was just arrested. They broke in with the story during the game on CBS right now.
March 12, 200521 yr Isn't this a case of "HEY!!! We caught him!", and then they shoot him dead right there? Or don't even announce you got him, you just shoot the scum dead? I mean, should there even be a trial? It's not like there is a question of innocence in this case, and he was on trial to begin with for rape. So, this guy is obviously of no positive use for the world other than fertilizer. Don't even let him get before another judge.
March 12, 200521 yr QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ Mar 12, 2005 -> 09:23 AM) I hope not, that is almost too good for him. Now a US customs agent has been found murdered. Missing are his gun and badge, with suspicions this same SOB did it. They said they they found the customs agent truck in proximity of where they got him. FBI are preparing charges for the murder of the customer agent agents Nichols.
March 12, 200521 yr This guy doesnt deserve to live another 10-20 years on death row. Why the hell would he kill the judge and the reporter?! Son of a b****! Edited March 12, 200521 yr by Chisoxmatt
March 14, 200521 yr I need details on this one, cuz someone botched this thing up. The day before, they caught this guy trying to smuggle crude weapons into court. I assume there only 1 security guard in the courtroom? If so, why? If not, where was the other guard?
March 14, 200521 yr Author Wow was this dude out of his mind. He was convinced that the woman he held hostage was an angel and that is why he untied her and let her go. There is some really bizzare conversations that took place http://www.cnn.com/2005/LAW/03/13/atlanta....ting/index.html One more interesting thing that I heard this morning on the radio in the midst of all of the controversy over the safety of judges, is that in the history of the US only 3 federal judges have ever been murdered, and the Lefkow murders were the first time ever that a federal judges family was murdered.
March 16, 200521 yr Author The hostage turned heroine in this case is getting a $10,000 reward, and maybe a lot more than that. http://www.cnn.com/2005/LAW/03/16/atlanta....ting/index.html
