NFL to LA?

Featured Replies

In the week before the Super Bowl, Pauly said that he wants to get the NFL back into LA, either through exspansion or a team moving. Let me start of by saying ANOTHER exspansion is a BAD BAD BAD idea. Talent in ALL sports is getting spread too thin once you hit 30 teams. Therefore, I think it would be bad for the NFL to add 1 or 2 more teams. So, that leaves moving a team there. My question is... WHO?

(Key: By new stadium I mean a recently constructed stadium that has the team locked there for over 10 years)

Buffalo - Havent Expressed Interest in Leaving

Jets- Working on a new stadium

Dolphins - Seem to like Miami / Long history there

Patriots - New Stadium / 3 time NFL champion

Ravins - New Stadium

Bengles - New Stadium

Browns - New Stadium

Stealers - New Stadium

Texans - New Stadium / Recent expansion team

Colts - New Stadium to be built soon

Jaguars - New Stadium

Titans - New Stadium

Broncos - New Stadium

KC - New Stadiums/Upgrades for Royals and Chiefs in negotiation

Raiders - Would they move back to LA if a new stadium was built?

Chargers - Signed and agreement to stay in SD until 2008 and hope to have a new stadium built soon there after.

Dallas - New Stadium to be built soon

Giants - Working on a new stadiun

Philly - New Stadium

Washington - New Stadium

Bears - DUH!

Lions - New Stadium

GB - Never LEaving there

Minnesota - New Stadium to be built soon

Falcons - Seem content there. but might they want a new one soon?

Carolina - New Stadium / Recent Expasnsion Team

Saints - Wants a new stadium (can opt out of current agreement in 2007) and has New Orleans by the balls. They cant afford to lose the Saints and the Super Bowl.

Tampa - New Stadium

Arizona - New Stadium

Rams - seem content there

San Fran - REALLY want a new stadium, hasnt gotten one yet

Seattle - New Stadium

Raiders won't move to LA because the majority owners (not Al Davis) are mobsters and the real reason they left was because they were in deep s*** in LA and trust me they won't be back.

This was the talk when they originally left LA and its the only reason Al Davis is the spokesman for the team and not the real backers.

Why can't they just call them the Los Angeles Raiders of Oakland?

lol nice

I've heard the Vikings could move there, I've also heard about the Colts and Saints, but I'm pretty sure the Colts won't move there.

I wouldn't like to see any more expansion teams come about. They have the perfect division alignment, they don't need to mess it up.

oh, and I couls see San Diego moving to Los Angeles. It'll be interesting to say the least.

Not even remotely true. The Vikings are one of the most likely teams to move to LA, precicesly because of their stadium problems.

And if the Vikings moved to LA, most of these fair-weather yahoos here would become Packer fans. Yuck.

I wish another Minnesota team could move.......like the Twins............to Australia!

They say the 2nd most popular team in the Twin Cities are the Packers, I'd belive it.

I still think my idea is best...lol.

I wouldn't mind seeing your idea. I hate both those teams.
