It is.. sorry bout that.

The next renovation is the neighborhood....as that advances, the sox attendance will too. Reinsdorf should buy up some of that land south of the stadium and put in a bar/restaurant and stores or something. We'll start to see an influx on the south side.

Someone needs to tell the ownership group that they could make money off of that. Then they'll do it.
