5th starter last year.

Featured Replies

Anyone know how many wins we got out of the 5th starter last year? Well we have 2 wins out of him already this year.

Wasn't it only one or two?

I was at the Jon Rauch win over Cleveland, but I don't know if there were any more 5th starter wins.

( I was also at the Josh Stewart pants-crapping against Boston..... :puke )

I don't think we've had eight combined wins from the fifth starter the last two years.

Yeah, Diaz had 2 of our 3 fifth starter wins last year.

Diaz beat the Cubs on 6/26 and Seattle on 9/5.

Rauch had the other against the Indians on 6/24.

I thought Grilli beat the tigers once?

So maybe we had 5 wins... Why would we want to drudge up these memories.

Point being, 10 games into the season and we have 40% of the total 5th starter wins that we got last year. With Garland slotted in that 5th starter spot, we have a VERY solid staff.
