Boy, another out would have been useful there... To bad we're giving them away in the first inning with no outs.

That worked well for the M's yesterday.

With it being so early in the game, I'm not too concerned with the 2-0 deficit.

Although it's nice to get out to an early lead, it's not always going to be possible.

His swing is awful right now. He's swinging all arms, and looks like he can't touch a decent fastball. Meche was really getting screwed by the ump that inning, but his fastball looked 5 times sharper than Garcia's did.

1st pitch strike call on Dye=not screwed

Freddy's heater is getting rocked. He has either a) got to put some movement on it, or b ) throw something else.

HE GAWN

Easy 1-2-3 for Freddy.

Lets warm up the bats

That said, a 1-2-3 inning by Freddy. He needed it.

Let's make some noise with the bottom of the order.

2-0 after one and a half

Garcia still needs to hit the corners more effectively and keep the ball down.

The ball hit to center just missed being gone.

I know it's early in the year, but we need offense soon. It's too much pressure on a pitching staff to expect them to keep teams to 2 or 3 runs per game.

Rowand having a solid at bat here.

Aaron makes him work but hits a lazy fly to right.

We really struggle with a good fastball pitcher. Only Konerko and Uribe are what I'd consider good fastball hitters.

Wow, high heat eats up AJ.

2 down

Let's see if Crede can continue the hot streak.

Crede with a s*** pop up to 2nd

1-2-3 go the Sox

No hits through 2

Going to the 3rd trailing 2-0.

HE should have bunted there.
