We created their luck that inning.  T. Long is 0-11 for lhp this season, and batted .72 pts higher against rhp last season.

No doubt there can be some second guessing regarding pitching to Long.

MLB debut for this guy here. We need Pods to get on and steal a few bases.

Thank god...Sisco is out of there...Let the scoring begin!!

Now would be a good time for some of Crede's late inning heroics.

CRAP!

Now would be a great time for Iguchi to show that power....

Seriously, why did Ozzie let Sweeney hurt us like that? It's like he fears Stairs more than anyone in the majors. If you remember, Stairs was the batter in the season opener last year that made Ozzie make a pitching change so Stairs didn't bat.

Nothing like extra innings when the pen has already pitched 6 innings

Now Marte is warming up, as they have a handful of righties coming up. I have absolutely no clue what game Ozzie is watching tonight now

don't get ahead of yourself.

Maybe this is that "weakness" in the bullpen we heard so much about from Brantley eh??

True KC could win it in the ninth

Apparently the wrong one. Maybe he's watching the Celts blow out the Pacers.

I just read that Farmer said earlier that Hermanson has some back tightness, and likely won't pitch tonight.

Gooch looks better and better each game.

Carl grounds out, inning over, To the bottom of the 9th, 2-2.

This Bergos kid looks to have a pretty live arm...

And Dye and Rowand look worse and worse each game. Iguchi's looking better, but I would like to see him drive the ball a little better. Be great if he could get some doubles, etc.

well I suspect shingo, with marte as the back up. We need to hold them and win in the tenth because our bullpen will be depleted, if indeed hermanson cannot go.

I am an old married guy. I have an excuse for hanging out online "watching" a game. What the hell are the young guys doing here?? Waiting for the bars to heat up? Cheap bastards
