Guest JimH
There's a picture from last year of Cliff Politte in the retro uniform, walking off the mound when he walked in the winning run (Comerica Park?). He's shouting and he's all red faced with the neck veins popping out. I wonder if a computer expert can help me, I need to do the following: - find the picture and the best way to save it - figure out how to get it screened on a white t-shirt My wife seems to think we can do a lot of this at the local Walgreens, i.e. scanning, etc. but I thought I'd ask you guys for help. Thanks much.

aboz56
You can buy T-shirt transfers at an office supply place (cough cough Staples) and put it on that way.

Guest JimH
...regardless, here it is. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Outstanding and I thank you. That's the picture. Actually the shirt is for my dad, he gets a kick out of Politte. Not a bad idea on the quickman suggestion though ... hmmm. So the best way is to save the image to my hard drive? And then? Although there are posters better suited to answer this sort of question, I would right click on it and save it as a JPEG to your hard drive. Next, you can transfer it to a floppy (if anyone still uses those) and bring it into Walgreens. Again, there are probably better solutions out there, but that oughta do it. IlliniStro
If you go to Walgreens.com, I think you can upload photos to their site and go pick them up at a store of your choosing. This would be a decent option if you don't have a floppy/jump drive.

Put that in your corn cob pipe and smoke it for a while. I'll check to see if you come back again someday. Maybe you can find some magic in that old silk hat you found. Here is the deal, Take your Jpeg, and stick it up your ass...no but really take your Jpeg, put it on CD or floppy, go to a tee shirt shop in the mall, bring a shirt if you too cheap to buy a new one, and have them silk screen it on. They do this for coffee mugs as well as other things. Its really as simple as that. Usually you cna find these type of places in the mall aisles where they have the little stands with people standing around hoping you buy there junk. Hope this helps, I know its been awhile since you ahve been to a Store for clothing.

Not as hard as you coughing up $9 for a burger today at lunch, thought maybe you'd have a heart attack. PS - Keep your eye out for the Angry Politte Fairy, it may be visiting your house in the near future.
