May 5, 200520 yr I've heard that some people in the industry think the "writer's block" may be stemming from the fact that he and his partner aren't working that well together anymore (can't remember his full name, some white dude named Neil I believe). It may stem from the new contract Chapelle got, and his writing partner thinking he didn't get enough credit and money
