Yeah, just this inning.

They didn't get any good wood in the 1st 2.

HE GAWN

Inning over

Luckily, he made the mistake to Blanco and not Burnitz/Lee/Ramirez.

Zambrano K's

Count with only 29 pitches through 3, so far not bothered by the rivalry, Wrigley Field or National Spotlight Game. He is on the money with first pitch strikes and throwing all his pitches with movement.

Now I know why I was b****ing about El Duque throwing 115, 115 (or right around there) on consecutive nights.  Maybe it didn't have much of an effect on him, but I'm sure that it didn't help.

It wasn't that...Duque was just on the computer too much...

We went out after the game to a great local bar for dinner last nite ... there was this group of 7-8 Sox fans, you guys should've seen these two stunning redheads wearing Sox jerseys ... talk about good wood.

:lolhitting

I knew that would spout some non baseball related topic.

Redheads though? Meh, not a big fan

Willie robbed.

Line shot right to Ramirez, makes a nice stab

1 out

Harris hit one hard, right at Aramis.

I think they were looking for the high hard one.

Kinda strawberry blonde, leaning toward redhead. Very very nice, yum.

Can anyone besides Podsednik and Harris work the friggin' count? Mercy...

Ugh, Aaron

Swings at a ball on 2-0

Fouls on off, 2-2

PEGGED!

Whoever predicted ARow gets pegged wins

Told you Arow was gonna get plunked......

uh oh :chair

There is the hit on Rowand, but it didn't look intentional, since there were 2 strikes. Any way we can base runners, I'll take.

Rowand plunked? No surprise there after the newspaper comments. Stuff like that is exactly what sets Zambrano off.

we should plunk zambrano himself next at bat....especially if he's still blanking us.

I'd rather not hit anyone in a tie game, JMO

It didn't look intentional. It was a 2-2 count, looked like a two-seamer ran too far inside.

That said, I hope Contreras hits Z later in the game.

That's my thoughts as well.

The next situation we get to plunk someone, do it! f*** you Zambrano.

We shouldn't plunk Zambrano, why would we put a base runner on before the top of the lineup in a close game. Count puts enough runners on without them swinging, we don't need more.
