Sam is corporate now but he kept some of his long tenure accounts on. He takes a bit longer to respond sometimes since he's usually not in his office. But usually always the same day or he calls us at home.

He would call you every now and then just to see how things were going. Since he left, I think its been 3 seasons now, I have never received a call from my rep despite numerous messages to call me. I never got e-mails. The only thing I would ever receive were the invoices.

Very nice guy.. never ages.
