June 22, 200520 yr I'm sure there's some physics involved, but Shingo's offspeed junk is true garbage when it's cool outside. I'm starting to think it's more than coincidence that this is 2 seasons in a row where he doesn't start pitching well until the thermometer starts spreading the mercury further.
