June 23, 200520 yr I think Stone's terrific too. However, he predicted the Cubs would win the Wrigley Cub Sox series, so that was a mistake, and he has predicted all year long that Minnesota would overtake the Sox in the standings. That's not looking too good, either.

I meant that his general statement about the Sox making a trade is quite obvious and not much of a prediction.
June 23, 200520 yr No reason to believe Stone when it comes to sox making a trade, he isnt any different than us when it comes to insider info... hell i bet a couple people here would know about a trade b4 stone would.
June 25, 200520 yr Stone's consistent: he predicted the Cubs would win two out of three this weekend too.
June 25, 200520 yr Stone's a really good analyst, but I don't think he's the type of person that has enough contacts with the organization to break news or know enough to say whether they are going to make a trade or not. I think he's purely speculating on a few need positions he may see mixed with the fact that Kenny is always a player before the trade deadline.
