July 23, 200520 yr The Nevin deal is probably dead because Baltimore is one of 8 teams SD can't trade him to without his approval and his agent is suggesting it will take more money to get him to leave the West Coast. In 2002 he killed a deal to Cincy for Ken Griffey.

July 26, 200520 yr Steff is right. Nevins family all are in San Diego, and its nice to see someone who makes his family the deciding factor in where he plays.
