Pretty good swings by our last few guys. We really have to avoid swinging at that first pitch sinking fastball. His curve is good, but I really think we can put good swings on it.

Great AB by Dye, working the counts should be a priority. C'mon Blummy.

Yeah, it's surprising that our two best overall hitters weakly grounded out on the first pitch they saw against him.

He is good but the sox don't look bad against him. Their making contact and working the counts. That is a good sign as I remember back when the sox faced another phenom at the time in Harden and were the first to get to him. Hopefully they can do the same to him, rattle him a little bit, maybe get him to hang a few of those curves.

Holy cow! Congrats to Anderson. I didn't think he had a chance vs Felix....I was wrong.

BRIAN ANDERSON!!!!!! His first ever major league HR!!

I actually did, he seems to do a lot better against pitches down low in the zone, and since Felix has a tailing fastball, I thought Anderson could have done something tonight.

Maybe it's the high camera angle, but Timo looks like he's about 5 feet tall.

lol yeh I was thinking the same thing...

Dye double was the first extra base hit allowed by Phenom Felix

Anderson's blast was the first homer the kid has allowed.

Anderson looks like a player to me.

True. I thought Felix was a high fastball pitcher. I had no clue he was such a ground ball pitcher. He's going to put up some terrific ERA seasons pitching at this park.

Anderson looked like he's trying his best to not have a goofy smile on his face in the outfield.

How has he looked in CF so far Fathom? I don't get crappy ass wciu down at school.

Here's to you Brian on your 1st major league homer.... :cheers .....keep it up boys!!

Caught a routine lazy fly ball to end the 2nd inning. Good news....he uses 2 hands!

:o

Appreciate the update =P

Ugh...the last person in this lineup that you want to hit. Why is it that whenever a Sox catchers sets up inside, I get nervous our pitcher will hit the batter? Marte and Duque scare me the most.
