Just trying to invoke some confidence. We're what? 10-4 against a team that's been known for owning us? Keep your heads up is all I'm saying. This is no time to give up.

The Twins have owned us recently. No one sits around and thinks "those damn Indians always kick our ass".

You first responded to the wrong person.  I noticed that you were directing your comment at me, and I answered.  You must have somehow missed my response and again asked a question of the wrong person.

Yep, I did respond to the wrong person. And I did see your answer after I made my second response.

I guess I just have more memory of the Tribe beating our asses in the past than the Twins. In fact, I have little memry of how we have done against the twins in the past, even though I am aware it's not exactly great. But I vividly recall the tribe whooping us year in and year out. But in general, this year, NO ONE has especially.

To all the naysayers:

Keep your chin high. This is the time to give your team 100% support. ALL OF US are going through a very tough stretch of this season. To make matter worse, the Indians are currently playing out of their mind! If you want to whine, b****, rant, or vent, please do so after we lose the pennant. Right now, we are in the thick of things, and your negativity is not doing anyone any damn good!

Suck it up and continue on. Regardless how bleaked you might think the Sox's chances to make the postseason are, they are still leading their division. After Buehrle wins tonight, everything will be back to normal.

If you can not take these heart-wrenching games, stop watching the games or don't even come to this board. Your whining is just too much for those who are still haning in there with the team.

GO SOX

so how long has it been since we've had threads BESIDES either:

a) we're done, we suck

or

B ) shutup people! we don't suck.

this place has gotten so old so fast.

Shut up, we suck!!!

(And so does Konerko)

at this point in this season all that matters is did we win or did we lose? kinda simple isn't it.

Being part of what can become the biggest collaspe in MLB history tries alot of people's patience :gosoxretro:
