September 25, 200520 yr Boston would only be up 2-0, if not for Tejada trying to cover 2nd base on a 3-2 pitch. The problem was that there were 2 outs, and absolutely no reason to cover the base. Tejada sure hasn't done the Sox any favors this wknd.
September 25, 200520 yr 3-1 Blue Jays lead in the 5th, even though Reed Johnson looks to be trying out for the 2006 White Sox with his base running.
September 25, 200520 yr Yankees have taken the lead 4-3 in the 7th, as Josh Towers is trying to hang as many offspeed pitches as possible.
September 25, 200520 yr Terrence long with a 2 out RBI single for the Royals, followed by a 2 run home run for Emil Brown. Tie game in K.C. Greinke hasn't given up a run since the first.
September 25, 200520 yr Problem is that they'll probably leave Greinke in for too long. They have no bullpen for the most part. I'm not holding my breath and expecting a Royals win.
September 25, 200520 yr Kansas City has made late comebacks in almost all of these games. Please have the magic to pull one out. WILD PITCH!!! KC LEADS!!
September 25, 200520 yr A f***ing 2 out triple. Do you pitch to Hafner here with the hot Martinez on deck?
September 25, 200520 yr QUOTE(DonkeyKongerko @ Sep 25, 2005 -> 01:03 PM) A f***ing 2 out triple. Do you pitch to Hafner here with the hot Martinez on deck? I do exactly what they did...throw him pitches, see if he's dumb enough to swing. If he's not...then your only job is to keep Martinez in the ballpark.
September 25, 200520 yr QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Sep 25, 2005 -> 03:08 PM) I do exactly what they did...throw him pitches, see if he's dumb enough to swing. If he's not...then your only job is to keep Martinez in the ballpark. And they did, only 3 more outs
September 25, 200520 yr 2nd and 3rd, no outs for K.C. Chip Ambres, Emil Brown, Matt Stairs are up next.
