October 9, 200520 yr QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Oct 9, 2005 -> 08:38 PM) f*** you Orton And Tillman you are f***ing pitiful TJ - Defense minus Till man - Did you even watch the game? The first TD was all on Chris Harris.... and than the 2nd was basicly just perfect and we shouldnt of been in that position to begin with blame AP.

Yes I watched the f***ing game, what exactly was Tillman doing on the 1st TD? What am I thinking Tillman does no f***ing wrong after all Moss is his b****!

What am I thinking Tillman does no f***ing wrong after all Moss is his b****! The 1st TD he did what he was apposed to... leave the coverage to Chris Harris and Harris got beat bad. The 2nd one he was there just a great pass. Against the Bengals he sucked but he was fine this game.
October 9, 200520 yr QUOTE(NUKE_CLEVELAND @ Oct 9, 2005 -> 02:21 PM) Yeah and everyone gave me s*** when I jumped on the Bears for drafting another running back. They do the same s*** every time. They get a high pick and waste it trying to draft the next Walter Payton. The Bears are horrible when it comes to evaluating talent and drafting players.
October 9, 200520 yr QUOTE(mr_genius @ Oct 9, 2005 -> 04:24 PM) The Bears are horrible when it comes to evaluating talent and drafting players. Is that right?
October 9, 200520 yr QUOTE(mr_genius @ Oct 9, 2005 -> 05:31 PM) yes, yes it is. Would you care to expand on that or just leave it as is?
October 9, 200520 yr QUOTE(AddisonStSox @ Oct 9, 2005 -> 11:19 PM) Is that right? They dont seem to make the best choices in the 1st round is probably what he meant to say. Also the later rounds like 3rd, 4th, and 5th round guys we have got arent because of Angelo its because of this other guy who scouts them and recomends them to Angelo.
October 10, 200520 yr QUOTE(AddisonStSox @ Oct 9, 2005 -> 05:36 PM) Would you care to expand on that or just leave it as is? hmmm, Enis, McNown, Haynes, Grossman, Salaam, Colombo, ect. Do you think the Bears have drafted wisely? Do you think they have been successful? Edited October 10, 200520 yr by mr_genius
October 10, 200520 yr QUOTE(AddisonStSox @ Oct 9, 2005 -> 07:14 PM) I see Willie posting. Do you want to take this one buddy, or should I? Hahaha - I was gonna, but then I thought...nah not worth it Have at it Edited October 10, 200520 yr by WHarris1
October 10, 200520 yr Orton 4.5 Y/A and Benson 5 carriers for 6 yards. Ouch, not a good day at all, and I even tipped you guys.
October 10, 200520 yr QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Oct 9, 2005 -> 06:15 PM) Hahaha - I was gonna, but then I thought...nah not worth it Have at it Damnit!!!! I have hw, Mike! For now, I'll just say Angelo and company have made their living in the middle rounds. Rather than bore you with some of my notebook findings, I'll just say: for the most part, that statement is pretty inaccurate. If you can find a team that has produced as many serviceable NFL players week-in and week-out via the mid rounds...from, say, the past 4-6 seasons. Well, I can't eat my hat. But, I'll eat something. More to come...eh...maybe

He has done a horrible job with free agents and early round draft picks. This Bears team is horrible and I place most of the blame on Angelo. This 05' team is completely undermanned and unprepared to play NFL football. ps. Lovie Smith has no business being the Bears head coach. Edited October 10, 200520 yr by mr_genius

You have no business posting about football. 1st off, let me say, I do agree that the 1st round picks = BLAH (outside of BU and Tommie Harris) but 2nd through 7th rounds have been great for the Bears. Ahem: Chris Harris Mark Bradley Kyle Orton Peanut Tillman Mike Brown Jerry Azumah Lance Briggs Alex Brown Mike Green Ian Scott Olin Kreutz Nathan Vasher All 2nd-7th round picks drafted by Chicago on the current roster. Yeah.

Yeah. LMFAO! You need to lay off that cubbie koolaide. First off, look at the Bears record over the past 3 seasons. Secondly, look at the team this season (not good, if you haven't seen any of the games). I know, wins don't matter to you. Chris Harris - Uh, yea... so? Mark Bradley - again, huh? so? Kyle Orton - hasn't shown anything yet. may never show any thing. Peanut Tillman - not playing very well. just because he stole a ball from Moss a couple years ago doesn't make him all that good. LMFAO! He has gotten burned bad this season, but I think he can turn it around. Mike Brown- good pick Jerry Azumah - good pick Lance Briggs - good pick Alex Brown - good pick, IMO. some people might disagree. Ian Scott - too early to tell If you think Angelo has built us a good team i feel sorry for you. Offense is important, as are wins. Whatever, just go put your Urlacher jersey back on and ignore reality. Edited October 10, 200520 yr by mr_genius
October 10, 200520 yr Also have to look at the FA's the Bears have signed over Angelo's tenure as well. It's all good soxfan1 to put down every Bears player that's been drafted that's still on the roster (and so they should be), but how many actualy playmakers or difference makers are on that list?
October 10, 200520 yr QUOTE(SoxFan1 @ Oct 9, 2005 -> 07:56 PM) BTW, any news on TJ? I heard Lovie say in a post game interview that they thought it was a sprained knee.

Tillman has been getting burned every game. He's the most overrated player on the Bears.
