My take....

Of course the Angels can make the excuse of the blown call and so forth, yada yada yada....

Fact is, they had their chances to win and they didn't capitalize.

Mark Buehrle threw one helluva game.

We took advantage of their mistakes and seized the opportunity.

The atmosphere after the game was electric and thats an understatement.

No one left the park for 20 minutes, at least.

I bet I gave high-fives to 50 people.

Bar none, this was the BEST sports moment in my entire life and I was just glad to get to experience it in Section 133 with my fellow Sox fans.

It's a damn shame I wasn't here at Soxtalk to get to live it with the Chat Crew, but rest assured, I felt each and every Sox fan with me.

Hell, when they played the video before the game with the season recap, it nearly brought a tear to my eye looking back on this season. What a year it has been boys and girls. It's only going to get better, just keep on believing in this team.

THIS IS OUR YEAR!

In closing, I'll leave you with the most beautiful image from last night's game.

Great post. I completely agree. I was hi-fiving my brothers and dad and anyone in my sight. I feel good that they won for Mark more than anything. He pitched his ass off.

That picture says it all.

:cheers :cheers :cheers

Hey aboz, could you get me a copy of that picture by any chance?

I was in Section 159, and I was able to see myself, my brother, and my uncle.

Since we didn't take any pictures ourselves, that's good enough for me.

Heh. I was in section 161 and I think I see myself in the stair isle.

I've got really big images of all of my pictures, all 48 to be exact.

Hoping to have the complete gallery online tonight.

The resolution is like 2048 x 1536

Stay tuned.

Boz, PM me if you want to put the pics directly into a slideshow online.

I'm gonna be gone for a little while - let me know if you want to do this.

Aboz,

I just cut and pasted some of your comments, but what I wanted to say is that I agree with this 100%. I had this argument with some other fans and it was just as you say. The Sox took advantage of the situation good call or bad call it doesn't matter. They executed and the Angles failed. That's the game period.

Angels best move was by Scioscia.

He hasn't b****ed one bit.

He knows it's a seven game series -- and in the end the better team will win.
