When I say Mel Gibson's film I thought he had exagerated a LOT. Now I think he might have been dead on. This is scary stuff for celebrities. When you combine organized crime with ever-increasing spy technology it's impossible for these famous people to even find private times in their life.

Local laws are probably not enough. Even if you got tough with American publishers of such mags & rags there are plenty of foreign ones in foreign markets that will pay greatly for these pics.

Scratching my head on this one the best I can come up with is police escort. The celebs would pay for the escort service. I don't think private security would work. These guys fear the presence of the law but not much else. So it needs to be a force linked to the authorities.

all this would stop happening if people would stop caring about celebritie's lives.......have you ever seen what crap vh1 runs most of the time?

"Who is the worst dressed?" - with a bunch of D list celebrities commenting on it.

who watches this regularly?

Yep, if people would stop trying to live vicariously through celebrities, these intrusive, lawbreaking, stalking dips*** paparazzi would be less in demand and lower-paid, and by extension this s*** would become less frequent, if not vanish altogether.

But people are star-struck jackasses so the paparazzi will always have a place in the modern world, and THAT is unfortunate.

Im glad I never got caught up in that nonsense. About all I ever watch on TV is news, sports and movies. Maybe some History and Discovery mixed in there also.
