November 1, 200520 yr http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/playoffs2005...TC-DT9705204233 CHICAGO -- The city of Chicago and Eli's Cheesecake presented the mammoth dessert to White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen and team owner Jerry Reinsdorf on Tuesday. The cake was decorated with a large baseball and a White Sox hat in honor of the World Series champions. Guillen says he's pleased and thankful for all Chicago has done for him. He and Reinsdorf are at City Hall today where they're being honored for their accomplishments this year. Also.. From the Trib: Quote: CHICAGO -- White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen and team chairman Jerry Reinsdorf passed by City Hall last Friday during the tickertape parade down LaSalle Street celebrating their World Series championship team. On Tuesday, Guillen and Reinsdorf are scheduled to come inside, where they will be honored by the City Council and Mayor Richard Daley. In the lobby of City Hall the League Championship and World Series trophies were on display but that ended at noon today. Per some folks at WSI who went down there they were told both would be back in a few weeks.
