Blake found liable for his wifes death

Featured Replies

Oh that is simply hysterical.

What a messed up society we live in.

Not that I disagree with his guilt, but I think that having a civil trial is unconstitutional under the fifth amendment (double jeopardy).

In effect, Blake is being made to pay a fine for his wife's death. That seems absurd to me.

I haven't really posted regarding this case, criminal or civil, too much. I have read the transcripts from the criminal trial and the civil.

I'll keep this as simple as possible without going into all the arguments of the NG's and G's.

MO, RB isn't guilty or liable for anything.

1. Too much reasonable doubt in criminal

2. Too many other possible suspects in the civil for him to be held *liable.*

Exactly what does this jury ( whom I believe milked this situation for all it was worth) think he is *liable* for? For not having a cell phone and calling 911? For not standing there with her, holding the bleeding areas to attempt to stop the bleeding (which was hopeless anyway according to coroner report)? For running to the neighboring houses attempting to get help for her? For being in shock and not knowing exactly what he should do ( many people are like this in an ER situation.) Maybe they will explain this since they seem to play to the media.

Now, the amount. Hmmmm, BB worth 30 million??? So, is that money that this jury believes she would of milked out of her web based, dishonest, porn scams on old, lonely men????? Or, did they adjust that amount to include the scams she was running on celebrities?????? (MOO) So the message they are sending is that dishonest law breakers can get away with this type of thing???? (MOO) So confusing to us law abiding honest people.

RB may be crude to some. He may speak from the cuff (i.e, says EXACTLY what is on his mind etc) but that is an appealing character trait to me. Don't give me wishy washy BS, say what you mean and mean it.

No, I don't agree with this jury's *verdict*. They played to the media and will milk it, watch, MOO.

Now I ask, can all those scammed by BB now go back and file their own civil suits against this judgement? I hope they do. This grifter family deserves nothing, nada, zip. MOO.

FILE THE APPEAL MR. BLAKE!.. ;)

And that aint the half of it really.

That woman was disgusting. That woman pimped out 1 of her daughters, and had the other one stuffing "scam" envelopes. What motherly love. :rolly

The judge has the right to lower the award..

I hope 2 things happen..

1. He lowers it.

2. All the men Bonnie skammed, ripped off, lied to, stole from, etc, etc, etc... sue her estate and her children don't get squat.

That would be some justice. :cheers

So, is it Blakely or Blake?

Both?

Beretta is a scumbag. I think he set his wife up to be murdered.

Money can buy you happiness. I'm sure there's some happiness involved with not going to prison.
