YASNY Posted December 30, 2005 Share Posted December 30, 2005 I know some of you guys are PC geniuses. I have a problem I cannot seem to solve. I am trying to install an HP printer onto a Dell PC that runs Micrsoft XP. The printer and software will not install because the print spooler is not running. I have tried various fixes thru Dell websites and HP support, but I can't get the spooler enabled. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Worse case scenario, you may have to reinstall XP, you may have a corrupted file, a missing file, or some equally hard to find issue.
